Please read our messages carefully to learn how to easily print designs and messages on solid stone by using your home computer and printer.
PREPARATION
Go to your local office supply store and buy a package of "Clear Labels," 8 1/2" X 11". Simply put the label in your printer and print your design in any style or color you desire.
HOW TO MAKE THE TILES
Your design is printed, your medium, a stone tile you have purchased from your local building supply store, is at room temperature, clean and ready to use.
FIRST, position the label on the tile. Next, hold the tile down firmly on one half of the label and with the other hand, carefully raise up the label sheet just enough to expose part of the sticky.
PUSH the exposed part down to secure the position of the label on the tile.
NEXT apply the rest of the sticky label carefully to the tile with a back and forth motion of your hand to slowly roll the label out on the tile. It must be done carefully, don't get in a hurry. If you do, you will trap air bubbles under the label and it will not be smooth. BUT, if you accidentally trap a few bubbles don't give up! Just use the corner of a single edge razor blade to poke a tiny hole in the bubble and then press down. The bubble will disappear!
NOW, to finish the printed tile, use a spray can of CLEAR paint and by carefully spraying it on (with at least two coats), you will waterproof the tile. This step is not necessary if you are using a laser printer.
WHAT TO DO WITH THE TILES
Remember, we are trying to RESTORE GOD'S WORD. So after you have completed the tile UPON WHICH YOU HAVE PRINTED THE TEN COMMANDMENTS (or some other picture or design with a selected SCRIPTURE) take THE FINISHED TILE and give it to any business or professional office that will agree to hang it where it can be seen! If the recipient wants to make a donation, accept it and use the money to buy more supplies for more tile, more labels and more exposure! GOD WILL BLESS YOU!
